The short version

We only use the details you give us to reply to you and to run the chess club. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't helping us run the club.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (if given) and message you send us, so we can respond. That's it.

How your message reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email via Microsoft Azure Communication Services. The message is sent to jordangoodwin@outlook.com and kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies & analytics

This site is intentionally lightweight and cookie-free. We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies of any kind.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing jordangoodwin@outlook.com.
